Application Conditions
- Main Applicant
- Applicant must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- Passport Requirement
- Applicant must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Investment Requirement
- Invest at least AED 2 million (approximately USD 545,000) in UAE real estate or a business
- Health Requirement
- Applicant must not be infected with HIV, tuberculosis, or any other form of infectious disease.
- ID Card Requirement
- Applicant must travel to Dubai to apply for the Golden Residence ID card in person.
