Cyprus is one of the few European countries where you can obtain permanent residence for the whole family in one step by purchasing property. Current policy (as of May 2, 2023): Applicants purchase a brand-new property in Cyprus worth €300,000 or more, either a villa or apartment, in any city or region, enabling fast family immigration. The status is permanent with no residency requirements. After obtaining permanent residence, you can enjoy free bilingual public education and free medical care. Processing time is 6-8 months, obtaining permanent residence (green card), no asset requirements.

Application Process

Application Conditions

- Investment Requirement
- Purchase a property in Cyprus worth at least €300,000
- Income Requirement
- Annual income of at least €50,000; adding a spouse increases requirement by €15,000; adding each child increases requirement by €10,000 (e.g., for a family of three, main applicant's annual income must be at least €50,000+€15,000+€10,000=€75,000/year; salary, pension, rent, dividends, etc. can be counted as income)
